A mouthwatering victory; a double patty smash burger with your choice of cheese on a brioche bun with fixings on the side. What's in the burger? We only purchase meat from local butchers or farmers markets; 80/20 blend of either chuck roast or chuck roast, brisket, and short rib depending on what is available.
