Chai Tiramisu

A twist on a classic. Madeleine cookies dipped in chai tea layered in a cream and mascarpone filling and topped with cinnamon and chai powder. There's no espresso in this beauty! 

Madeleines: flour, sugar, butter, salt, vanilla, eggs, milk, and baking powder. We do not use cooking spray in our pans, and all of our products are free of artificial ingredients (including food coloring). 

Filling: Mascarpone cheese, egg whites, sugar, salt. 

One pan serves 10-12 people.
